My charge card does not work at another Operator’s charge point

We are working hard every day on expanding our charging network as much as possible. But, we are dependent on several parties, so things can occasionally go wrong. Can’t charge at another operator’s charge point? Always contact the operator! Usually, the help desk can see the reason for the error message and solve the problem or give appropriate instructions.
