I can’t find my charge point(s) in EVA

We always try to configure your charge point so it is visible in your EVA portal as soon as possible after installation or delivery. However, a delay is possible when we are a bit behind due to lots of deliveries. Don’t worry! This doesn’t affect the recording of your charging sessions registered by default in our back end.* Has your charge point still not appeared in your portal two weeks after installation or delivery? Then please contact our Customer Service.
