How do I enter my bank account number?

If entitled to reimbursement, we need your bank account number so that we can reimburse you. So make sure you enter your account number in your EVA account when you create it or log in for the first time. Enter your account number as follows:

  • Go to the ‘Administration’ tab
  • Select ‘Edit User’ in the top left corner.
  • Fill in your account number in the ‘Bank Account IBAN’ field
  • Select ‘update’
  • Voila!

Attention! Please note that we only use your account number for reimbursement of home charging sessions if you are entitled to them, this is not a payment method for (public) charging sessions.
