Setting up an account

Your user role will define how your account will be set up.

 

All Fleet Managers / Administrators will create their accounts themselves or will be sent an invitation email by Blink.  

 

Drivers/Users will receive an invitation email to EVA. This invitation is managed by the Fleet Manager above them. 

 

Setting an account up yourself (Fleet Manager / Administrator)

To set up an account yourself, go to eva.Blink.be  and click on “Create One Here” on the left hand side of the screen.

 

  1. Fill in your First name, Last name, your (work) email address and choose a new password. For safety purposes, please make sure to choose a safe password containing at least 8 characters, at least one number and a symbol. This is not imperative but highly recommended. 
  2. A verification mail will be sent to your email address. Click on the “Verify my email” button to complete the process. Didn’t receive the verification mail? Head back to the platform and click on “resend email”. Please make sure to check your spam / junk mail folder.

 

An account is set up for you (Driver / User)

You will receive an invitation email with a verification link. You will be asked to choose a new password that will give you access to EVA. For safety purposes, please make sure to choose a safe password containing at least 8 characters, at least one number and a symbol. This is not imperative but highly recommended.

 

If you did not receive the email, please check your junk mail. If you can’t find the verification email there, you should turn to the fleet manager in your organisation. This could also be your organisations’ account manager in a leasing company.
