Requests tab

The Requests tab is what you use to communicate with Blink. Here you can request one or more new charge passes and submit new support requests.

To request a charge card:

  1. Click on the ‘New request’ button at the top right.
  2. A pop-up window will appear. Click on ‘Request a new charge card’.
  3. The platform will enter the address of your organization. You can change this by unchecking the ‘Default address’ box.
  4. Enter the number of charge cards you wish to order.
  5. Finally, click on ‘Save’.

You can follow the status of your request in the overview.
