To answer this question, a distinction must be made between two situations:

• The charger is owned by Blink
• The charger is not owned by Blink

The charger is owned by Blink

The Blink network is expanding every day. You therefore have a great opportunity to charge at one of our own chargers. In this case, you always pay the rates included in your subscription.

The charger is not owned by Blink

Both our location partners and other operators can charge their own rates. We pass these rates on to our customers on a one-to-one basis – however, there is a “roaming” surcharge per charging session, the amount of which depends on the type of subscription that you have.
